So Bill Maher returned to the airwaves on HBO last night -- hopefully nobody's done this yet but I'd like to get a discussion rolling of last night's show.
My thoughts --
- Panel was pretty flat, or maybe it was the audience. Helen Thomas is a nice lady and a bulldog in the press room but isn't particulary scintillating in the panel talk show setup; Eddie Griffin didn't add a whole lot; and Dan Senor isn't quite as revolting as most of the Bushies.
- Feingold was good as usual, but I thought he did a great job of not answering a few of Bill's questions.\
- New Rules was hi-larious.
- Does anyone have a bigger hard-on for Bush than Fred Barnes?
Not sure if a diary is the proper format for something like this, so if it's not then rain blows down upon me until I delete it.
